Also you can take a bus from Cebu City to Hagnaya Port, which takes about three hours and costs around 200 pesos.
From there, you can catch a ferry to Santa Fe Port on Bantayan Island, which takes around an hour and costs around 200 pesos.
Once you’ve arrived at Santa Fe, getting to Balidbid Lagoon is fairly easy. You can rent a scooter for around 300 pesos per day and enjoy a scenic ride along the coastal road. If you’re not comfortable riding a scooter, you can take a tricycle, which are motorcycle taxis commonly found in the Philippines. The fare for a tricycle is around 50 pesos.
